Erica Hetfeld
Erica is a senior public affairs specialist who leads teams through some of the toughest public issues.
As a lobbyist in her home state of Oregon, Erica represented some of the largest companies in America and worked on some of the most controversial political issues of the last two decades.
Erica led two statewide business advocacy groups and secured one of the biggest wins in Oregon politics—the defeat of Measure 97 (2016), a multi-billion dollar tax increase that became the biggest ballot measure fight in Oregon history.
Erica is a fourth-generation Oregonian and graduated from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and daughter.
